2020 Hatching Season

Due to Covid-19, Performance Poultry has had to make the difficult decision to cancel all hatches for this season.
    • Day old chicks are able to hatch due to an egg "tooth" that they are born with --this "tooth" falls off soon after hatching.
    • Barred Rock bantams
    • A miniature version of the standard Barred Rock, this bantam is friendly and lays well.
    • Modern Game bantams
    • A popular bantam that is often seen at poultry shows. Very graceful in appearance. An active forager.
    • Black Copper Maran
    • A large large docile breed, the Black Copper Maran is beautifully marked with contrasting copper and black feathers. This breed breed also lays nice dark brown eggs!
