Lens & Frames Guarantees: All lenses used by Vogue Optical are 1st quality and are inserted to Canadian Standards. All lenses are guaranteed against breakage for one year and all frames are unconditionally guaranteed for two full years from the original date of purchase.

Contact Lenses: When you purchase a complete pair of eyeglasses, you can receive a credit towards contact lenses as a second pair option. When you purchase contacts you can receive a credit towards eye glasses. Customers who are unable to adapt to contact lenses will receive a credit toward eyeglasses, less a fitting fee on specialized lenses.

Eyeglasses: When you purchase one complete pair of eyeglasses(frames & lenses) from our house brand selection you will receive a second pair of equal or lesser value free. When you purchase one complete pair of our eyeglasses (frames & lenses) from our D&G, Rayban and DKNY selection you will receive a second pair of house brand eyeglasses free. The second pair can be a different prescription, a different frame or even for a different person. The second pair must be chosen within 30 days of the original purchase date.
